Not to mention, that's only assuming the level requirements don't start going up again once Pimp gets level 60 himself. If they do, than getting level 60 will be impossible. I will probably never actually get level 60.
However, EGSC will be much easier. I will most certainly be an EGSC one of these days, as I have no intentions of ever stopping with the blamming/protecting. I usually get either 10 a day or 50 a day, depending on wheather or not I have school.

It is possible, if you're Pimp. Though, I don't even know for sure that the requirements will go up again once he reaches level 60. That's what they did before the redesign in '07. Every time Pimp deposited, the requirements would go up. It's probably one of the primary reasons that Tom made new levels.
